What we collect

Account details: name, email, phone and profile photo.

Training and health data: height, weight, sport, intake form, completed workouts, progress metrics, weekly check-ins (energy, sleep, pain, effort).

Content you send: messages, photos and videos to your coach.

Technical data: last visit time and notification subscription.

How we use it

To build your program, track progress, communicate with your coach, send notifications and manage your subscription.

Videos you choose to analyze are sent to an AI service only to produce technique feedback.

Who can see it

Only you and your coach. We never sell data or use it for advertising.

Data is stored with secure cloud infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.

Minors

Users under 16 may sign up only with parent or guardian consent, confirmed at signup. A parent may request access to or deletion of the minor's data at any time.

Your rights

Under Israeli Privacy Protection Law (Amendment 13), GDPR and CCPA: you may access, correct, delete or export your data and withdraw consent.

Retention and security

Data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request. Access is permission-restricted and files are kept in private storage.
