The service

BANKS SYSTEM provides training programs, demo videos, progress tracking and coach communication.

Health and safety

Content is not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting, and stop immediately if you feel pain or dizziness.

Injuries and liability

The training programs and content in the app are intended for general guidance and performance improvement, and do not constitute medical advice or a substitute for medical examination or clearance.

The user is responsible for ensuring they are fit to perform the physical activity and for adjusting workout intensity to their abilities and personal condition.

Before starting a training program, it is recommended to consult a doctor or qualified professional where required, or when a medical condition, injury or physical limitation exists.

The user must stop the workout immediately in case of pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any other unusual symptom, and seek medical care if needed.

The user performs the workouts voluntarily and at their own responsibility, while following the instructions and proper technique.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BANKS SYSTEM and the coach are not liable for damage, injury or loss resulting from improper exercise performance, equipment use, unsupervised training, disregarding instructions, or performing activity unsuitable for the user's ability.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis according to its features and limitations, and we do not guarantee specific or exclusive results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate financial liability for any damage related to the use of the service is limited to the subscription amounts actually paid by the user in the preceding year.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not permit such exclusion, nor does it detract from consumer rights granted under Israeli consumer law or any other mandatory law.

Subscriptions

Weekly 79 ILS, monthly 249 ILS. Program access unlocks after payment.

Cancellation and refunds

Refunds may be requested within 3 days of purchase, without limiting statutory cancellation rights under Israeli consumer law.

Minors

Users under 16 use the service with parental consent; the parent is responsible for supervising training.

Content

Programs and videos belong to BANKS SYSTEM and may not be redistributed. Do not send abusive content.
